Shipping

We offer shipping to all the EU at a fixed rate of 6.95€. We can’t provide transportation to the rest of the world yet.

Orders over 300€ will have free shipping.

Although the prices for all the countries in the EU are the same, delivery times do vary depending on the country.
– Germany, Spain, Italy, France: 5 business days.
– Rest of the countries: 8 business days.

Transport Responsibility

Whitewood assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product fails to occur due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the customer or when the delivery cannot be completed due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as customer absence or customs retention. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred from customs clearance, including any additional taxes or fees.

Exchanges or Returns

Exchange or Return Policy

After making a purchase, you have 30 days to request the exchange or return of the product. All returns must be made with the product unused and with the packaging intact and adequately protected. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred in the return or exchange, unless the product is factory-defective.

How to Make an Exchange or Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@whitewoodboards.com and provide us with your details: name, email, order number, and the items you would like to return. We will respond on the same day, indicating the next steps to follow.
